There are 2 churches in the parish.  The are well maintained and were recently renovated by the people and parishioners of the parish under the guidance of Fr. Aiden Walsh and Fr. Michael Whittaker.

They are the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes, Dangan

                                    and

            the Church of the Assumption, Coole.

Fr. T.P. Gavin is the resident priest in the parish and provides religious services in these churches. 

The church in Coole  is well maintained by the people who live in the Coole area where there is an active altar society who clean the church and decoarte it with flowers.  The sacristans are  Jimmy Manning and Mary Loughrey. 

Dangan Church  is well looked after by Michael & Kathleen Gray who are very dedicated in their care for the church.   They both serve the church as sacristans while the chruch is cleaned by the parish CE participants.
