This is a very well presented and informative website and those involved should feel proud. I was lucky enough to visit the Parish in 1997 and although it was a short visit, I can see why the Parish is dedicated to “Our Lady of Lourdes”. I found the area to be a beautiful and peaceful place, filled with helpful and friendly people. I believe my ancestors left the Parish in 1840 to come to Australia. Whilst in the Parish, I certainly felt at peace as if returning after a long period of absence. One day, I hope to return and if so, my stay will be much longer next time. Mick Fitzsimons
